Hello, SSLS friends!

Thank you for joining us in celebrating the accomplishments of SSLS students and faculty! We have much exciting news to share from our spring semester, and we hope you enjoy learning about the latest from SSLS students, faculty, alumni, and friends.

Along with the many other announcements featured within this edition of the newsletter, we particularly celebrate Brooke Rhodes as she moves into her new position within the College of Business as a faculty member in the Marketing Department. She has been an invaluable colleague and effective advocate for students for the past ten years, and we are tremendously grateful for her service. 

We are also pleased to welcome Kira Lambert, our new Educational Support Specialist and First-Year Advisor, who is already making a positive difference for SSLS. We are so appreciative of these women and their contributions to the culture and success of SSLS!

Several students are hard at work in our office and in other departments across campus this summer thanks to the support of our generous donors. Gifts to SSLS make such opportunities possible for our students, and we are endlessly appreciative of the trust shown for everyone involved with our program.
