We appreciate your interest in applying for a faculty position at JMU. When a faculty position becomes available at JMU, the recruitment process is managed by a search committee established by the individual department that has the opening. The search committee evaluates each candidate according to qualification criteria established for the position. The search committee will review faculty applications, select applicants for interview, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for selection.
