Our Purpose:

Substance Abuse Prevention initiatives are designed to increase knowledge and awareness of alcohol and other drug issues, and decrease the negative consequences associated with high-risk drinking and illegal drug use.

The University Health Center supports peer education and provides consultation to ensure that prevention programs are science-based, comprehensive and coordinated across the University.
