Judicial Process
The purpose of the Interfraternity Council/Panhellenic Judicial board is to promote actions in accordance with standards of fraternities and sororities set forth by the Four Pillars of Excellence. These standards include abiding by NIC (when applicable) and NPC regulations, and FIPG, JMU Alcohol policies , and adherence to social standards of the James Madison community. This process is to be educational, preventative, and punitive for all chapters at James Madison University.
