Rozanne Ross has been a Faculty Fellow since 2023. She is a member of the Department of Management. Her primary research area is in behavioral business ethics, which involves examining the causes of im/moral behavior in the workplace from a social science standpoint. She is interested in understanding why good people do bad things in certain organizational contexts and how unethical behavior becomes replicated in corrupt organizations.

Right now, she analyzing essay responses to understand if using the 8 key questions improves students' moral reasoning above using other instructional methods. Going forward, she hopes to develop a way to automatically measure moral reasoning in text using machine learning for use by other instructors and researchers.
