The following are links to the surveys designed by the JMU Online and Hybrid Learning Best Practices Task Force.  The surveys contain sample questions that you should consider using in the development of your own class survey.  Students do not take the surveys from the links below.  Faculty will need to develop the survey questions in Blackboard in order to view the results.
