I have studied Humanitarian Logistics, Office Operations & Management, Trained in Emergency Field Logistics and Currently I am studying Humanitarian Action and Conflict. Having worked with ArmorGroup Mine Action Sudan in emergency and development roles, I am competent to operate as a logistician and a manager in these types of agency. I am a strong leader, with proven mid-career management skills built during my career as a Logistics/Administrative Assistant of projects, contracts and staff.  Highly developed personal and professional judgment, working in complex environments under a variety of circumstances. Responsibilities: General Administration: Filing (Personnel/ Equipment and Inventory); Travel bookings and ticket arrangements; Drafting letters and general computer admin; Cargo requests; Local costing sheets; Procurement and Handling petty cash, AGMA Insurance returns: Accurate reconciliation of national and international employment location and actual staffing attendance in the field; Compilation of monthly Insurance returns as per the AGMA Insurance regulations and reflecting accurate attendance details before submission to logistics Manager / Operations Officer for subsequent forwarding to London.      

Personnel: Maintaining both hard copy and digital updates of the team lists for AORs. (Ensure team lists are correct, start date, dismissal/ resign dates, home address, blood groups, positions/duty, salary details for nationals); Responsible for all travel administration and ticket purchasing for staff movement in/out of Sudan and to the AOR as confirmed by the PM and logistics manager, registration with the immigration department; Oversee the recruitment, selection and performance of logistics staff, as required; Payroll administration.

Logistics: Purchasing coordination; Assist with negotiation and management of AGMA service, flight charter companies, and fuel companies, process custom clearance and fleet management and procurement, custom clearance. Confirm services are provided as per respective agreements and advise and correct if otherwise before payment; Coordinating with operations and field; Regular liaison with Operations manager to provide timely administration and logistical support and advice.
