Biography

Debbie has been the Director of Quality Assurance in AIS since October 2005. Prior to JMU, she spent 10 years working for Merck & Co., Inc., implementing and testing the ERP system.

Debbie is a JMU alumnus and has 2 children currently attending the university, one undergrad and one grad student. Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time boating with family and friends at Smith Mountain Lake in southwest VA.

Biography

Gail Turner joined AIS as the Advancement Training Coordinator in April 2008. Her responsibilities include writing training documentation and facilitating database training for internal University Advancement employees and JMU affiliates. She is also responsible for the management of professional development.

Gail worked as a Corporate Trainer and Specialist for eleven years respectively in the Telecommunications Industry. She is a 1995 graduate of Bridgewater College earning a B.S. in Business Administration.

In her free time, Gail loves to auto race with her husband David as well as play with her grandchildren and her dog Winston.
