Majdoub’s research focuses on charismatic, ideological, pragmatic leadership; crisis mitigation; entrepreneurship; higher education experiential learning; and college student work teams. 

Majdoub earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering at American University of Beirut and an MBA in strategic management at the University of Wales. He is working on his doctoral dissertation in strategic leadership studies at James Madison University.
