In partnership with JMU Engineering, we are excited to offer "Engineering a Better World"!
Do you like solving problems or working on hands-on projects as a team? This program is an opportunity to do just that! You will be given a design challenge and work with others to create a final product and solution. The program will also allow you to explore a variety of fields within engineering. Each week will be sponsored by a different Engineering Club here at JMU, including the Engineering Ambassadors, Madison Aerospace Club, National Society of Black Engineers, and Society of Women Engineers. You will have the chance to be an Engineer each day!
Dates: Saturdays, October 12, 19, 26 and November 2, 2024
Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM each Saturday
Program Fee: $25 (Includes t-shirt and lunch at E-Hall each day.)
Ages: 6th - 8th Grades
