Dear JMU student,

Thank you for submitting your Student Assumption of Risk Waiver for the COVID-19 vaccine.

As of today our records show you have not submitted the required Entry test. At this time we have not deactivated your JACard as notified earlier, but you are required to participate in regular screening testing beginning next week. You will receive an email tomorrow from COVID-19 Testing with information on how to sign up for next week’s testing. Please watch for that email because it will contain critical information that you must follow.

If you have been fully vaccinated you are not required to participate in regular screening testing so please electronically upload your documentation of receiving the vaccine.

If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please schedule an appointment to be tested at the University Health Center.
