Learn To Improve Relationships

We are always working on our relationships with others throughout our lives, but college is where relationship styles and communication strategies are unconsciously decided upon for the rest of our lives. On October 30th, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm in SSC 4046, the Dux Leadership Center is hosting the Improving Close, Personal Relationships workshop to provide the right structure during college for students to go forth after college and build their relationships right the first time. Whether you want to improve your relationships with your friends, partner, teammates, or roommates, Dux wants to teach you the common relationship language they are fluent in.

Dux is an organization in Madison Union dedicated to teaching students how to use the skills they already have to better themselves and those around them. Dux Lead Team members hold workshops throughout the school year to give students the knowledge and tools they need to be successful. The Improving Close, Personal Relationship workshop is only the latest in a series of workshops geared towards student's well being.

It takes knowledge and hard work to improve yourself, and Dux is here so you don't have to do it alone. Take advantage of the student organizations while you can and attend the regular workshops Dux holds. After the Improving Close, Personal Relationships workshop, you can attend the Turning Conflict into Collaboration workshop on November 14th. Go to either or both to learn valuable life skills applicable to your future, no matter where it may take you.
