Warm Cinnamon Apples

An apple a day keeps the doctor away! Try this quick recipe as a healthy snack or on top of your favorite ice cream 🍏🍎

Ingredients:
1 apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp brown sugar
A drizzle of coconut oil
A drizzle of agave or maple syrup

Directions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, drizzle coconut oil and agave over sliced apples
2️⃣ Add cinnamon and brown sugar
3️⃣ Mix until apples are evenly coated
4️⃣ Bake at 400°F for 10 - 15 minutes and enjoy!
