Welcome to UREC’s Thanksgiving Break Challenge!

Join us this week for a variety of virtual Group Exercise Classes! New videos will be featured each day and no equipment is needed. You can follow along with the plan provided or go at your own pace.

Challenge your friends and family to join and follow along on Instagram!


Day 1: 45 min Step w/ Addie
Grab some water and get your step on in this 45-minute class that can be done without a step!


Day 2: 45 min Yoga Fitness w/ Romina
Get ready to do a variety of sitting and standing poses in this 45-minute class. No equipment necessary!


Day 3: 30 min Core w/ Bella
This quick 30-minute core workout will get you sweating. No equipment necessary!


Day 4: 45 min HIIT w/ Kelsey
Grab some water, a towel and get ready to get your heart pumping in this high intensity interval training class.


Day 5: 45 min Body Sculpt w/ Emily
Today's workout will challenge your full body with arm, leg and core sections! 


Day 6: 45 min Restorative Yoga w/ Eliza
Happy Thanksgiving Dukes! Today we're encouraging you to relax your mind and body in this 45-minute class. Equipment is used but can be completed without any!


Day 7: 45 min Indoor Bootcamp w/ Jenna
Jenna will help us get the body moving again after Thanksgiving with today's 45-minute full-body bootcamp!


Day 8: 45 min Vinyasa Flow w/ Jenny
Before heading back to class, let's focus on your breath in this 45-minute yoga flow class! No equipment necessary.
