UREC Programs for Kids this Spring!


Expose your children to healthy habits at an early age! UREC is offering Learn to Swim, Kids’ Night Out, our first Teacher Workday Program, and Birthday Parties this Spring!

Learn to Swim
Group classes are available for children ages 6 months through 12 years old on Saturdays.

  • Session I: January 19. 26, February 2, 9, 16 and 23, 2013 
  • Session II: March 16, 23, April 6, 13, 20, 27, 2013
  • Parent & Child (Ages 6 months to 3 ½ years): $35
  • Preschool (Ages 3 ½ to 6 years): $40 
  • Youth (Ages 6 to 12): Cost: $50

Kids’ Night Out
Drop your kids ages 6-12 off at UREC to rock climb, swim, and play in a safe and supervised environment! Cost is $20 per child.

  • Dates: Jan. 18, Feb. 8, Mar. 22, Apr. 19
  • Time: 4:45pm-9pm

Teacher Workday Program
Kids ages 5-10, join us for a day full of learning and fun at University Recreation! The cost is $40 for the first child and $35 for additional children. We will have a fitness and fun component, arts and crafts activity, and sports and games.

  • Dates: Feb. 18, 2013
  • Time: 8:30am-4:00pm
