Procurement Services is so excited to share the success stories of three SWaM Certified businesses we have worked with recently over the next several weeks. A big thank you to Appeal Production, a local certified Micro-Small video production company, that helped us with the concept, video production, and got creative when we had a snag in our plans!
All About Presentation is an international Woman- and Minority-owned, live and virtual event strategy company that some call miracle workers. The All About Presentation team has produced countless events and put on VASCUPP’s SWaMfest at Hotel Madison the first year the hotel was open. And while you may think an event strategy and management company slowed down during the pandemic, think again. This team made all the adjustments necessary to continue to help their clients meet, socialize, and network safely and creatively.

- It is important to be self-aware.
- Be very honest on your pricing to make sure it is transparent.
- Rather than just do what is listed on the RFP, provide alternative solutions that may be more cost-effective or more efficient.
