Parking Changes for 2019-2020

Important changes to parking facilities, restrictions and regulations for the 2019-2020 academic year:

Opening of East Campus Parking Deck:

Parking Services is excited to announce the opening of the new East Campus Parking Deck, located on Carrier Drive across from E-Hall. The deck will open on August 5 and provide approximately 1,350 additional parking spaces for commuters on the East Campus.

Opening of C17 Lot:

A new commuter parking lot, C17 Lot, has opened and provides an additional 45 spaces for commuter parking. The lot is located at the corner of South Main Street and East Fairview Avenue, across from C18 Lot.

Reallocation of C11 Lot for resident use:

C11 Lot, the commuter parking lot across from Festival adjacent to the UREC East Campus field, has been reallocated for use by residents. The new resident parking has been designated R4 Lot.

Partial reallocation of C12 Lot:

116 spaces in C12 Lot, the commuter parking lot across from the Festival on Carrier Drive, have been reallocated as faculty/staff parking and designated as part of faculty/staff parking lot D3. Alternate commuter parking is available in the new East Campus Parking Deck.

Opening of R6 Lot:

A new resident parking lot, R6 Lot, has opened adjacent to Paul Jennings Hall, the new residence hall on East Campus. The lot provides approximately 140 additional spaces to residents.
