The Office of the President is pleased to announce the 2026 President’s Purple Star Awards.
Each year, we recognize colleagues who contribute and support the university in extraordinary ways. The Purple Star Awards are designed to recognize and celebrate those on our campus who display exemplary performance according to the university’s expressed values. Employees are encouraged to nominate colleagues who are worthy of this recognition. The deadline to submit a nomination for 2026 Purple Star Award is Monday, June 8.
Nominations are accepted in the following categories:
- Career Achievement
- Star Duke
- Unsung Hero
- Embracing Innovation and Change Award
- Leading Together Award
- Student Focus – Success & Learning Award
