Key Life Insurance Features

• Guaranteed Level Premiums – Premiums for the life insurance will not increase
• Lifetime coverage
• Portable Coverage – Keep your policy if you change jobs or retire
• Strong Death Benefit Guarantees
• Paid‑Up Benefits – Begin accruing after 10 years
• Terminal Illness Benefit – Accelerate up to 50% of

Long‑Term Care Benefits

• Accelerated Death Benefit for LTC
  • Receive 4% of the death benefit per month for up to 25 months
  • Can be used for home health care, assisted living, adult day care, or nursing home care
• Premiums Waived while LTC benefits are being paid
• Extension of Benefits
  • After acceleration, receive up to 50 additional months of LTC payments
