Weekend Hours
UHC will begin weekend hours on Saturday, October 10 for COVID-19 testing. Testing will be offered to students Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Call 540-568-6178 for an appointment.
Rapid Testing
The University Health Center now has rapid testing available for our students. While rapid testing is an important diagnostic tool, it is not the most appropriate option for every situation. UHC medical staff will determine which type of test is appropriate based upon a variety of factors, including presence and duration of symptoms, severity of illness and testing resources available. The process for being tested remains the same. Call 540-568-6178 to make an appointment.
Reminder to all students who have been tested
It's important that you answer when you receive a phone call or be sure your voicemail is set up and not full. It may be someone calling with results of your test and you probably will not recognize the phone number.
