JMAC6 Building

The JMU Foundation plans to construct a four story (44,000 sq. ft.) office building, named Foundation Hall, at 1031 Harrison Street and share the space with several departments in University Advancement, as well as Print Services and Card Services.

Not only will the new building provide much needed space for the Foundation it will also create greater synergies with University Advancement departments whom they interact with daily.

The Foundation has selected Harrisonburg Construction Company and Blue Ridge Architects for this design build project.

An expected completion date is November 2020.
