Investing in student success

At the College of Business, we’re invested in our students and their success. With 2020 weeks away and the opening of our new Learning Complex right around the corner, we’re excited to see that investment arrive in the form of a larger, dedicated space for our Academic Success Center (ASC).
ASC director Michelle Duncan says, “The new facility will allow the ASC to provide more programming for students and enable them to work more collaboratively with faculty and alumni, which will promote academic success and help launch them to successful careers.”
Self-service kiosks in the expanded lobby will allow students to access academic requirement reports, transcripts and more at their convenience. With a conference room, testing rooms, dedicated space for Madison Advising Peers and private offices for academic advisers to hold one-on-one sessions, the new ASC space is designed to help students capitalize on our investment in them.
