Management students in Marshall Pattie's class present to client Shenandoah Valley AirportSeven student groups from Marshall Pattie’s management consulting class presented their final projects to their clients during the last week of the semester.  Clients included: Greater Augusta County Chamber of Commerce, Bradford Staffing Company, White Way Restaurant, Ntelos, Fishersville United Methodist Day Care, Woodrow Wilson Rehab, and the Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport.

The airport team included Matt McKeon, Ben Bullock, and Marc Fernandes.  The consulting team took a look at whether students and faculty knew about the local airport, and how often they used it.  The team learned that price was a huge factor in the decision-making process.  Potential customers were also concerned with convenience, customer service, and connection opportunities.  The team recommended that the airport continue to target faculty as potential customers.
