Ukraine Sets up National Association for Humanitarian Demining

Japan pledges support, offering expertise and equipment transfer. The Defense Ministry reports 950 casualties from explosive devices since the Russian invasion, underlining the urgent need for humanitarian demining efforts in Ukraine.
