(Khmer Times) SIEM REAP CITY, Siem Reap province: In close cooperation with the Cambodian government, Japan, through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), is strongly committed to saving Ukrainian people from vast amounts of mines and Unexploded Ordnance (UXOs) strewn by Russian forces.
The agency provided funding for the recent training of Ukrainian deminers by Cambodian Mine Action Center (CMAC) experts in Siem Reap province.
