Marshall Legacy Institute sends mine detection dogs to Azerbaijan

SUMMARY: (AzerNews) On August 24, the U.S. based Marshall Legacy Institute sent 10 mine detection dogs to Azerbaijan with an agreement for a total of 30 mine detection dogs to be donated through 2023.
