Students Attend Biomedical Research Conference

News

Several of our students as well as students who participated in our summer REU program presented their work at the Annual Biomedical Research Conference for Minority Students (ABRCMS) in Tampa, Florida. The ABRCMS is one of the largest STEM conferences for underrepresented minority students, military veterans, and persons with disabilities and attracts approximately 4,000 students (undergraduate and graduate), postdocs and faculty who represent over 350 universities and colleges. All of our students made us proud and chemistry major Jadah Clarke won an award for her oral presentation in the chemistry section!
