HSA program wins 2017 ACHE Higher Education Network Award

The JMU health services administration program won the 2017 Higher Education Network Award given by the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). The award is given annually to the undergraduate program in health services administration in the United States that demonstrates the highest level of engagement with the American College of Healthcare Executives. HSA program director, Jon Thompson, accepted the award on behalf of the program at the ACHE Congress on Healthcare Leadership on March 29. The award provides $1,000 to the program which will be used to support student scholarships and other student activities.

This is the third time that the JMU health services administration program has won the ACHE Higher Education Network Award.
