Student Conference Held
College of Integrated Science and Engineering
NASW-Program Unit members Sabrina Plummer, Ashley Jallah, Kristen Del Toro, and Kelly Wilson attended the Association of Baccalaureate Social Work Program Directors (BPD) National Student Conference in Cincinnati Ohio. The conference focused on small interactive sessions with students from around the country and professionals regarding specific topics such as mental health or child welfare. Students were able to visit the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center Museum that honors the freedom passage of enslaved Africans into Canada (picture).
