Description: Where on earth does time go? We all get the same 24 hours in a day, but how we use those hours greatly impacts our productivity and success. Participants will explore how to tackle budgeting time head-on.
In this workshop participants will:
- State benefits of improving time management
- Conduct a time audit to discover how your time is really being used
- Create a daily plan to maximize tasks accomplished
- Describe barriers to good time management
- Define 90/10 principle and its relation to time management
- Develop goals that concentrate on results
- Develop an action plan for better time management
