Description: Do you ever feel as if you are so busy you are unable to complete all your required tasks? Are there times when you take on more projects than you can handle because you just can't say no? Managing your time and learning to say no is challenging but you often do it, just not as often as you would like. In this session we review ways to meet your goal more often.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will reflect on their current schedule, determine their ideal schedule, and identify ways to bring the two closer through activities during this workshop.
- Participants will learn ways to create and manage their personal brand.
- Participants will identify the impact of setting and focusing on internal goals and core values on their own success.
