Description: The role of a manager is versatile and always evolving. Being able to manage efficiently and adapt to the ever-changing workplace is key to being a good leader. Maximizing the potential of each worker leads to a successful operation and positive growth.
This workshop teaches managers the importance of being a role model for employees and knowing how to develop their team's strengths. The importance of attracting and retaining valuable employees is also emphasized.
