Practice Listening and Asking Powerful Questions
Tue, 7 Mar 2023 2:00 PM - Thu, 9 Mar 2023 10:00 AM
We invite faculty to practice skills especially useful for peer mentoring in half-hour conversations.
Join fellow faculty to work on skills that are especially useful for mentoring conversations and other situations that require careful listening. Faculty involved in mentoring will have the opportunity to exchange mentoring experiences.
We offer Zoom sessions to help participants practice deep listening and asking powerful (open-ended and thought-provoking) questions. Sessions are 60 minutes in length, which includes half an hour of 1-on-1 conversations.
