Students, the advisor you nominate must have been your advisor within the 2012 calendar year.  Please submit nomination forms by December 7, 2012.

 All nominees will be notified by University Studies and will be asked to submit Department Head approval, supporting materials including a maximum of 3 letters of recommendation, a statement about their advising philosophy (maximum length 1,000 words) and a resume or curriculum vita.   Questions?  Call University Studies at  568-7770.
