The advisor you nominate must have been your advisor within the 2010 calendar year.  Please submit nomination forms to the Office of University Studies, Maury Hall  110, MSC 1104, by December 9, 2011.  

 All nominees will be notified by the Provost's Office and will be asked to submit Department Head approval, supporting materials including 3 letters of recommendation, a statement about their advising philosophy (maximum length 1,000 words) and a resume or curriculum vita.   Questions?  Call the Office of University Studies at  568-7770.
