The Title IX Office is responsible for receiving and responding to reports of sexual misconduct (Policy 1340) and Title IX sexual harassment (Policy 1346), including dating and domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual exploitation, sexual harassment, stalking, and non-consensual relationships. Sexual misconduct and Title IX sexual harassment are not limited by gender, gender identity, gender expression, or sexual orientation of complainants or respondents.

The Title IX Office provides access to resources for individuals involved in a report or formal complaint under Title IX Office policies. The Title IX Office also provides and coordinates reasonable adjustments for students experiencing pregnancy and related conditions.
