August 1, 2025: Undergraduate Room Rent charges are now accurate on M3 for the fall semester and are based on the Category the room assignment falls in. For most first year students, bills initially had the Category A rate. If the student's room assignment is now in Category B or C, the balance will have increased by $250 or $500. If you are using a payment plan and need to adjust your balance, contact the University Business Office via email at ubo@jmu.edu or call 540-568-6505.
