| Job Description | Tasks to include a wide variety of duties offering assistance to the management of an active state-wide cultural resources survey program, that supports localities in carrying out preservation planning activities addressing architectural, archaeological, and historic landscape resources. | ||
| Candidate Requirements | Bachelors Degree in architectural history, historic preservation, archaeology, history, planning, or related field; graduate study preferred in one or more of these fields or in related area. A combination of education and experience in architectural history and archaeology and/or historic preservation or preservation planning, including architectural field survey and/or archaeological field work, is preferred. Proficiency in historical and architectural research, map reading, and use of computers, with knowledge of Word and Excel is required; ability to search Access data bases, and use a scanner and GIS is preferred. | ||
| Pay Rate | $15-18 depending on experience | ||
