Facilities Mangement Prepares for Hall Opening

In anticipation of students returning to campus, Facilities Management staff has been preparing residence halls for their arrival.   During the summer months, FM staff completes a throughout inspection of residence hall facilities and makes repairs.  In addition, projects such as painting and carpet replacement are also completed.  Buildings are scheduled off-line so staff and complete preventive maintenance and the buildings are clean and ready for hall opening.

In the event a student moves into a room which needs , student should contact their RA of Hall Director to submit a work order to FM.  Once the work order is received, staff will respond in a timely manner.
