Event Spotlight

The Office of Research and Scholarship helps connect JMU faculty, staff, students, and the broader community to workshops, conferences, symposia, and other events.  Supporting and promoting scholarly events provides a venue for the free exchange of ideas, in addition to informing the JMU community, external stakeholders, alumni, and prospective students on the latest student and faculty achievements.  Furthermore, convening subject matter experts at James Madison University reinforces the JMU Strategic Plan’s Core Quality of National Prominence:  Our faculty, staff, students and programs earn national prominence, expanding JMU’s strong reputation.
