Mondays:

  • 12:15-1:15 pm Yoga Fitness (GFS) 
  •  5:15-6:15 pm Cycle Fit (Cycle)

Tuesdays:

  • 12:15-12:45 pm Express Sculpt (GFS) 
  • 5:15-6:15 pm Yoga Fitness (GFS)

Wednesdays:

  • 12:15-1:15 pm Body Sculpt (GFS) 
  • 5:15-6:15 pm Cycle Fit (Cycle)

Thursdays:

  • 12:15-1:15 pm Yoga Fitness (GFS) 
  • 5:15-6:15 pm Body Sculpt (GFS)

Fridays:

  • 12:15-12:45pm Core Training (GFS)
