Practice Mindfulness to Relieve Stress

Being a college student and feeling stressed seem to go hand-in-hand. The good news is that there are several ways to manage stress so that it does not become too overwhelming. Recent studies have shown that practicing mindfulness is one effective way to reduce stress.
