International Training Group Goes to Vietnam

Three members of the College of Business International Training Group (ITG) served as instructional faculty at the Regional Senior Managers Course in Mine Action in Hanoi, Vietnam in September. Paula Daly, Fernando Pargas and Matt Rutherford taught a variety of management courses including strategic planning, capacity building, risk management and decision-making to participants from Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam. ITG partners with JMU's Center for International Stabilization & Recovery (CISR) to offer training in transferrable management skills to managers working in Mine Action/ERW centers around the world.
