Dr. Laura Leduc Named Interim COB 300 Coordinator

Interim COB 300 Coordinator Laura LeducDean Mary Gowan recently announced the appointment of management professor Dr. Laura Leduc as the interim coordinator for COB 300.

COB 300 is an integrated course that demonstrates to students the overlap among the various business disciplines in today’s business world. This interdisciplinary, semester-long 12-credit curriculum features four expert instructors from the fields of finance, management, marketing, and operations. Students are required to combine skills from each discipline to fully produce a viable business plan.

The interim COB 300 coordinator ensures the successful design and delivery of the course by providing strategic direction for the integrated curriculum and by serving as a liaison for the Academic Unit Heads and the professors.

Leduc is well suited to serve as interim coordinator. She is a highly regarded colleague by her peers and an excellent scholar and professor in human resources management. Thanks to her past work in higher education administration, Leduc understands the extensive faculty input and teamwork necessary for maintaining a complex course like COB 300.

The College of Business is confident that Leduc’s contributions to COB 300 will ensure the optimum quality of the integrated course for which CoB is known. We congratulate and welcome her to this position.
