Local Rotary Clubs Honor Student Marketing Team

Winning Rotary Club Marketing TeamMembers from the local Rotary Clubs recently honored a student marking team from the Integrated Marketing Communications course (MKTG 384) with an award for best proposal and outstanding team performance.

The student marketing team, consisting of Krista Meiers, Ben Sudol, Alex Kuhn, and Jack Weber (pictured left) and Matthew Bennett and Megan Maloney (not pictured), presented  a social media marketing proposal that provided strategies for enhancing the Rotary Club’s online presence in hopes of increasing membership and raising general awareness. 

Members from the local Rotary Clubs were very appreciative of the team’s proposal and excited for the future.

Rotary Club Representative Thomas Rea says “We, as members of the local Rotary Clubs, appreciate the time and effort the winners took to provide such practical objectives and tasks for using social media to market local Clubs. We look forward to expanding and implementing on your ideas in the coming months and years.”

The College of Business congratulates the students on their success.
