Ivan has been an Educational Technology Instructor for JMU Libraries since 2017. Before joining the JMU community, he worked as the Promotional Producer for WHSV-TV3 from 2014-17. Ivan served in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 - 2008 and assisted with two global humanitarian missions and received special recognitions from the Marine Corps tour of service. Mr. Guadarrama earned his BA in Converged Media Production from The School of Media Arts and Design at JMU. In Ivan's free time, he enjoys working for the Boys and Girls Club of Harrisonburg as a board member. Ivan is proud to represent his Mexican heritage.
