Dr. Luis Betancourt Associate Professor of Accounting, has been at JMU since 2003. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Central Florida, his M.B.A. from the University of Maryland and his B.S. from Salisbury State. Dr. Betancourt teaches courses in Finance and Advanced Accounting. His hobbies include biking, running, and hiking. Lou proudly represents CUBAN AMERICANS and MARYLAND!
