Madison World Changer Sarita Hartz of the Zion Project will be on the JMU campus on Saturday, Feb. 16, for an opening reception of "Through Her Eyes," a collection of photographs taken in Northern Uganda by artist Joseph Michael. The reception will be held at the Festival Conference and Student Center.

Hartz founded and directs the Zion Project, a Christian, nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming hearts and empowering the lives of girl child soldiers in Africa.

The University Program Board and the Zion Project will host a number of events during Uganda Child Soldier Awareness Week including a film screening, benefit concert and Speakers Night featuring world leader Betty Bigombe and former girl child soldier Grace Akallo.
