"We are all within two degrees of someone affected by cancer," Dan Cole ('87) says. His Two Degrees of Difference fundraising effort, part of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's 2008 Man and Woman of the Year campaign broke the record for the National Capital Area chapter's campaign fundraising, and Dan was second runner-up in the national competition. JMU's Children's Playshop offers an interactive experience The Children's Playshop is preparing to launch its 16th exciting season of summer theater for patrons of all ages. This year, artistic director William Buck, director Pam Johnson and a cast of talented actors and crew will bring to life three fun-filled shows - "The Wind in the Willows," "Rumpelstiltskin" and "The Near-Sighted Knight and the Far-Sighted Dragon."
