Friday 9-4
Sunday 1-8

The LRC is closed whenever JMU is closed for holidays or for weather.

If inclement weather occurs on a Sunday, check our Facebook page to see if we're open. Like JMU Language Resource Center on Facebook to get updates.

The LRC is closed on the Sundays for Thanksgiving break, Western Easter, and Spring Break. The lab may be also closed on Sundays due to inclement weather. Please call ahead at 568-7055.

Services

The Language Resource Center provides a space for JMU students to listen to audio, watch video, and use computers to further their language studies.

Software
We do not lend software, but we do have language learning software available on our computers.

Videos

The LRC maintains a video library for students to watch in the LRC labs. Faculty from the Faculty from the Foreign Language or English Departments may check out videos. Faculty from other departments may contact Dr. Plecker if they wish to borrow a video.
