Hepatitis B Vaccine
The Hepatitis B Vaccine series is a series of three vaccines. If you have started the vaccine injections and are waiting to complete the series, again please sign the Hepatitis B waiver that is on page 3 of the student health record, submit your health record and send verification of the series when you have received the injections.
The Hepatitis B vaccine series (3 shots) is mandatory for all IN-COMING STUDENTS, beginning in the Fall of 2006.
